Add a mounting plate with additional Velcro.

The Fulcrum comes with a rubber underside that sits on a separate plate. If you want to mount the Fulcrum on a Velcro-equipped pedal board this option will exchange the standard rubber-only plate with one that has both Velcro hooks and rubber. This way you can easily mount it on your Velcro board and swap back to rubber by removing 4 screws underneath and flipping the plate.
